Pre-workout supplements
I started taking a hammer gel preworkout at week 7 when the sustained 25 min runs come into play. I like the expersso chocolate one 90 calories (Canada). I also found for me I need to make sure I am eating my 800 to 1000 calories the day before the run or else I just crash. I also added an orange or small piece of fruit into my food plan.
