Who is going to the OAC conference in Phoenix???

Mike & I are considering attending this event. We will be requesting the vacation days and then if they are approved, I'll get us registered. Yes, Phoenix is HOT in August (DD used to live there), but it sounds like lots of fun. We haven't had a chance to get to Phoenix since DD moved to MT, so there are some places I'd like to hit that we used to enjoy. What a great time to have a huge meet-up.

Hmmm I might consider it - depends on whether I take any other vacation time this summer. My cold ass definitely belongs in AZ in the summer.

What is the OAC? I'm a newbie--- having my surgery next week. I live in Phoenix though and I would like to get to be more involved in this community.

I was but yesterday my husband lost his job. I was planning to drive so I'm going to just hang loose and maybe I'll still be able to go. It is in Aug. after all.

Sorry to hear about your DH's job loss, there is just way to much of that going on. Hopefully the search for a new one will be short. We are driving too, 6 hours from our house.
