Found a prepackaged item that fits our plan (Gluten free Quiche called Lean on Me)
One of my biggest challenges of losing weight is cooking. I was in the grocery store last night and I found something that would work for our plan that doesn't have to be cooked. Can be nuked. Most frozen dinners have too many carbs.
This was in the Organic section of the Giant. It's called Lean on Me Quiche. There's different flavors but that nutrition facts for the flavor I have in my hand is (Tomato Basil Onion & Mozzarella.) Calories 130 Fat 5 Carbs 4 Protein 16 Sodium 340 (All natural) They are 5 oz in size so I'm not even sure I'll be able to finish 1.
Now you get a night off of cooking dinner. Enjoy!!

I can't attach pixs of the internet cause I'm on my work computer which has attaching stuff like that blocked and I don't have a smart phone. I have a stupid phone. LOL! But I can see there's is pixs if you google "Lean on Me quiche" than click images. It's comes in a small box. I found it in the organic freezer section at Giant. But I imagine it would probably be anywhere that sells organic foods. I ate mine after I posted. I couldn't even fit 1/2 of it but I'm only 11 weeks post op. I did find it a little dry to be honest. But it was okay. Certainly okay for if you are in a binge and don't have time to cook. When I don't have to prepare something I can go off course so I'll keep these in my freezer for emergency. Hope that helps.

A little dry the one I tried. But I did try NOT try all three flavors. Now I am full on only 1/2 did the trick anyway.

Nothing to boo about your not missing much see my post after Keith's. FYI my whole Dad's side of the family is from Iowa. Lots of corn out there and flat land! I've been there many times. They live outside Cedar Rapids.
