Since fasting that 4 hours I find myself not very interested in food...lol!  Wow never thought I would say that.  Ms. Shell I'm coming over for dinner...I missed lunch but could we have a repeat tomorrow...so I can come then...lol!  That is what I need, someone to cook for me, it is boring cooking for one.

B:   2 oz deli turkey and 3 oz cottage cheese

S:  fudgsicle

L:  cod

S:  fudgsicle

D:  cod and broccoli

S:  protein or veggies

V:  done

W:  oh oh behind...only a 20 oz but I'll get them done

E:  Still putting things away from remodel...where the heck is that DVD...lol

I like reading these threads, but now that I'm post op and am on clear liquids I'm salivating at your menus and being able to eat food. Can't wait!!

Today is a green day for me.  Several folks were going to do a veggie juice fast, but I don't have a juicer, thank god!!

So I am just eating salads, soups and stir fries made with mostly green veggies.  I am also eating lean protein.

B  poached eggs, spinach, watercress and arugula stir fry

L  steamed shrimp and  pureed soup made with green peas, spinach, watercress, arugula, poblano pepper, fennel bulb,   fresh mint,  garnished with avocado

S an orange or some strawberries

D  Dinner and a movie, so probably some grilled fish and a spinach salad.

I feel so frigging healthy already, I can't stand it!!
