Two Year Surgiversary!!!"
I have a vitamix blender so it really breaks down ANYTHING. During the demo the dude toss spinach into his chocolate protein type shake and I could NOT taste the spinach. I have experimented and found that spinach or kale or the tops of beats I do NOT taste. I mean it's green and ugly but I do NOT taste it. I tried some greens and felt like I was eating a garden.
My morning smoothie is 1/2 cup to 1 cup Almond Milk; hugh handful of spinach (about 85g-100g for measurers); a couple baby carrots; and 1/4 apple; 1 scoop chocolate protein powder; ice. I added the thumb nail of ginger the other day and I SWEAR it tasted like cereal or something "interesting" not bad but it would take getting used to.

My schedule has been turned upside down recently and I am working a lot less. I am so grateful for this however it has presented me with a lot of time without a strict schedule and when I'm not sure what to do next I find I am grabbing snack food. I'm sure this is emotional eating only I'm not sure of the emotio., Today I want to be at 40G carbs and not worry about calories, it feels easier because I am working and have my handy lunch bag.
Its amazing how easy it is to get derailed over the stupidest **** Must have a plan.
Well here is my day as planned.
B- Almond milk latte and Protizyme choc cake shake
S-Ostrim snack stick
L-Mini taco egg muffins and 3 sweet peppers
S-More taco bites or cheese stick
D-buffalo roast in onion chutney
E-walking the dog while son at Lacrosse practice
W-TONS I've been in the bathroom more than my desk today
V-done
G-to keep 40G carb or less through Thursday (Friday starts a three day weekend with my hubs in Portland so all bets off)

I'm still struggling to shake the carb monster off my back that has been perched there for two months! In 2 weeks it will be my year anniversary and I'd like to be at my goal!! Or at least almost
