One week later, those six pounds are GONE. Go me!

A week ago, today, I was up 6 pounds from my lowest weight because of a retreat and some indulging. Carbs and salt do it every time :)

This morning I'm .8 down from my lowest! Go me!

Wow. I was going to give myself 2 weeks to do it and it took just one week. Even with birthday celebrations and a few higher carbs day.

Now to get back to work. 13.1 pounds until goal.

You inspire me.  Great job staying on track. That is the key, isn't it.  Being able to go off plan a bit and enjoy a good vacation or family gathering, but get back on the horse.  You go girl!

I need to get some of those pesky carbs out of my diet again as well.  Still losing, but not as fast as I would like.  I know slow and steady is the best, but sometimes you just want that extra boost of encouragement with a bigger loss.  Hoping to lose at least 130 by my year date, which is March 8th, same day I have my year check in.

Enjoy the blessings of the day!

You are the best Candy. So happy that it wasn't dreadfully long to accomplish that. You've got this, now go away 13.1 lbs or more!

Hahahaha... no.

That's the easy weight to get off. Sigh, the rest is hard. I average 2-6 pounds per month at this point. I'm hoping for June 1, but I never put date goals down because I think it sets you up for failure. It'll come off when it's ready.

But would a date goal motivate you? Give you something to track against?
