Weekly goals let's go!!
I've got 23lbs to goal and I've decided to buckle down to 700cals and 30carbs for most days of the week. I want to maintain going to the gym 4 days a week, also. Time to GET 'ER DONE!
Glad you are doing better. I have come down with a nasty cold this week Well, here goes:
1. Get packed for Colorado just in case we don't have to cancel the trip at the last minute.
2. Start getting the taxes done, yuck.
3. Keep my fluids up to 80 oz a day.
4. Shop for some casual clothes that fit, I really need something besides work clothes and workout clothes.
Rejoin my community gym, 30.00 for the whole year for husband and me. Did that today and took a 25min walk around the track. Will slowly get into some of the machines and equipement
Go to the beach for Vday and Pday weekend
Clean my house....god I hate that.
