Weekly goals let's go!!
6 days in the gym
Add two new exercises and some sort of cross fit/HIIT type of exercise. I added squats on saturday and am still walking funny.
Focus on protein and reduced carbs. I have had a sweet tooth lately and I need it to go away so any snacks this week will be nuts or veggies.
Still hanging on to the hope that I can get 6 to 7 hours of sleep each night this week, and ultimately 8.
still working on keeping my carbs below 40grams. Went to hell with myself this weekend...not terrible, but not great. Still lost 2lbs tho!

To only weigh on Monday and Thursday.... The scale is starting to make me obsessive and I'm weighing more than once a day. I only want to weigh twice a week.
Exercise at least 4 times this week for more than 30 minutes.
Go to my support group meeting.
