Looking for things with Fiber I can easily fit that doesn't have a lot of carbs
Here's what I do -- I know you said you tried Miralax, but what I realized is that I take a lot more than a single dose. I drink a lot of SF Koolaid (sweetened with pure sucralose, so there's no fillers), and when I make it, I dump about four doses of Miralax in it.
So I probably drink the equivalent of two-three doses a day. On weekends, I'll end up drinking the whole pitcher. So if you have Miralax, maybe try mixing it some drink that you are already having, like Mio, and having a few extra chugs of that during the day. I've been doing that since I moved to solid foods, and I definitely notice when I've had a little too much Miralax!
Miralax KoolAid -- good for what ails you! LOL!
I use equate (walmart) gentle laxatative to get thing moving and then you move on to a stool softener that you can take! That is what works for me and my doctor said that is fine!
I swear by Fiber One Original cereal and flax milk, or just eat the stuff dry. It is easy on the blood sugar levels and does not trigger cravings for me, and has more than the suggested daily fiber goal in 1 cup of cereal. .

I am two days behind you. I do throw some oatmeal in my plan 2-3 times a week for the fiber. I also found Sara Lee 45 calorie delight bread (honey wheat) and it has 7 gr of carbs and 3 gr of protein. For some reason this kind is better than just plain wheat. Also if I put a little bit of fat in my diet it seems to help. That means that I eat tuna with miracle whip and seems to get this moving. Also some almonds (nuts) might help occassionally.
I think your are right about the magnesium. I am taking a liquid cal-mag since I'm only not even 8 weeks out. (not to good with pills that are that large yet) I'm not sure if I can increase it or not gonna check with my NUT. Or is it safe to increase Mag without increasing calcium.

Is that 1 net carb or 1 actual carb? I've never seen the carbs less than the fiber.
I have heard Chia seeds are good. I bought some flax and hemp but I will look for them too. Thank you.
