Man, this stuff gets harder the closer to "normal" you get (ramblings)

Girl, you are doing AWESOME! But yeah, I try to avoid processed stuff, as a rule and eat clean. It was one of those indulgences that must go away for a while. Such is life. Yeah, my arms are SO much better since I went basically gluten free. I'm convinced that is what was causing the "follicle disorder" I've dealt with my entire life! I'd actually consider going sleeveless at this point (well, not sleeveless in my tummy, but for arms. LOL... okay, bad joke).

I DID realize that I've actually lost FIVE pounds this month. I didn't look at the right number. Doesn't matter. It's still a loss. I'm over myself now though. I sometimes get so bogged down in the day to day stuff I forget that there's a bigger picture here :) I'll get there. Because I WANT IT.

I so feel you Candy!  I did lose around 10 pounds last month but this past week I lost ZERO pounds and alway****s me hard.  I start getting thoughts of fear and panic that my weight loss is over when I am not ready for it to be done.  I have a hard time forgetting that I lost 218 pounds in a year.  I am not patient....I want to be at GOAL...YESTERDAY!!  I have 22 pounds to go until my goal and decided to go hardcore for the next month to try and get some more movement on the scale.  I am going to keep my calories around 6-650 instead of closer to 800 and I am reducing the amount of cheese I eat - good lord I love me some cheese...old cheddar, goat cheese, feta cheese, havarti, gouda, and tex mex cheese!!  Eekkk......I don't know if this new commitment to myself will help me finish this off once and for all but I am sure hoping.  You're right it's a complete fight.  It's WAR!!

I try so hard to let the NSV's be my motivating factor during the weeks I have zero loss.  This week I am celebrating my new size 8 jeans from Nine West!

Wow, size 8 is awesome. My stomach is still so big, I'm in size 14 (can squeeze in a 12, but not nicely LOL). So weird how different our bodies are!

One thing I found is that if I drop back down to 600, I stop losing - at least last time I did that. I've basically accepted at this point that I need to be around 800 and that I'm going to stall for 2 weeks at a time. I figure as long as the overall trend is downward, it's all good. I'm going to stop messing with stuff and just keep doing what works, but cut back out the crap I had added in thinking I was SO SMART. LOL. 19 months and I still think I'm smarter than I am ;)

You're amazing. I have NO clue how you're managing to keep it up, but girl... keep going! You're amazing!
