So inspiring!  What did you do to lose the weight pre-surgery?

I lost the 26 pounds pre-op by eating like someone who already had a VSG, just larger portions since my stomach was still full size. DH had VSG 12/9/11, so we just cooked based on his needs. Because I had already adopted the lifestyle, it made the transition easier.

I don't think that is slow for you Linda because you were one of those dedicated pre-op'ers who lost plenty of weight before surgery. You were focused on your new lifestyle before being sleeved & I admire people like you for being like that.

Awesome job Linda!! I always look for your posts since we are so close in surgery date! I don't post much on here, but on MFP everyday! Keep up the great work!!
