I was scared/worried my leak was back...But, I'm writing it off as a bad GERD attack. One night, I couldn't even sleep the acid was so bad. I ate a lot of different spicy things last week and I think it finally caught up. Just hate having left shoulder pain... Brings back a lot of bad memories!

After experiencing a leak, it's inevitable that with your current symptoms your first thought would be a recurrence, even this far out. As uncomfortable as severe reflux can be, at least it's manageable without a trip to the OR. Hope you're feeling better and can get this under control quickly! Bummer about the spicy foods, though...

SO glad it wasn't a leak.

Our sleeves--we are constantly learning what we can and can't eat, aren't we? Take care.
