Wow, if you do have another at the gym just those 2 shakes alone are 700 calories!!! That's more than I eat/drink in a day. I'm usually around 400-500 calories. It sounds good, but very high in calories & fats.

Those are all good fats that women really need. I would do only one a day with the Avocado (thats where the fat and calories are coming from). But the with avocado before work out and the without avocado for post work out, especially on a weight training day would be a great combination. Your body wouldn't know what hit it.

Sounds great! The avocado is probably providing most of the calories and the fat (good fats that women especially need), if you cut that out I bet it would reduce the calorie count to 200 or less but would make the shake a lot thinner too.

I bet it's yummy, but that's almost 1/2 of my calories and most of my fat for the whole day and only 1/3 of my protein. I'm afraid I'll have to pass. Also - check the container of your coconut milk - some are pretty high in calories.

Sounds good but maybe only once a day! No one mentioned the carbs. Thats high esp if you do it twice a day! Without the avocado or only half the avocado might be better. I'd have to look into the coconut milk. Are those stats for the cocunut milk or the almond milk? They also have an almond coconut milk I was thinking of trying....

Yes...everyone's plan is different. Some watch fats some don't. Some do more carbs some don't etc. You have to check with your doc/nutritionist and work YOUR plan. I spend 2-3 hours in the gym. So I tend to be on the higher end for carbs and calories. But hey...6 months out and down 85 pounds??!! I must be doing something right.
