Goal of 180 (240 lost) reached at 18 months 10 days on 4/.20/13. 57% body weight lost@180. Now on maintenance. Low weight 169.

I have not had any skin removed. I was pretty fortunate to have great genes I guess and have very little skin issues especially considering I have lost 200 lb's.. I attribute a lot of it to my strict workout routine which has helped me fill out my arms and legs. :)

Ryan, you are amazing! Hard to believe that you are only one month farther out than I am, and yet look at you (not comparing at all... just that it doesn't feel like it's been long enough for either of us to have made the kind of progress that we have lol).
