Double Century Club! ***UPDATE WITH LOTS OF PICS***
I have thought about doing this post for a week now and just couldn't find the right words to show how blessed I was to be given this new chance at a healthy life. Just 10 months ago I laid on a cold table with IV's in my arms and put to sleep knowing that my life was about to change. Many of you have heard my story before but for those that haven't it wasn't easy in the beginning. But then again is anything really ever that easy? You have to work for what you want. One thing I knew for sure throughout the entire process was that I entered into a life long journey and was never going to look back. What is my life like now? I still workout with my trainer 5 days a week, run 3 days a week in the morning, and spend my free time being active with my family. All things I never could have done last year are now getting checked off my list like snow boarding, ice skating, roller skating, swimming, horse back riding, and even dancing. LOL.. Everything I eat still gets logged and I never really plan on stopping that. Christmas morning I stepped onto the scale and actually got a bit emotional when I saw that I had lost 200lb's. I never really expected to be able to get down this far but I am happy and feel incredible. The best feeling in the world is to be able to walk into a room and be unnoticed. I am no longer the over weight guy sitting in the corner. For those of you still in your weight loss faze and those of you scheduled or planning on doing the surgery JUST DO IT! You will not regret your decision. Stick to the plan and don't give yourself excuses as to why you can't do something because you can.
