I'm cold and whiny and this freaking half pound...
Just took a toasty HOT bath Japanese Style.......
On cold days I keep my deep tub full and Hot..... when I get colder than a cup of tea or coffee can't fix...... I warm up in the tub for 5-10 minutes...... good for a few hours......

See... here's the problem... it works while I'm IN the bath or shower or whatever and then I have to get out and dry off and the air on my wet skin.. and I'm FREEZING again. Sigh. This is why I have a heated mattress pad on my bed. I get out of the shower at night and am SO FREAKING COLD.

No, but the scale decided to do it's usual thing and move UP this morning to 175.8 (I don't record gains unless they last more than 2 weeks, so far they never have).

It will move. It's kind of comical at this point, to be honest. I might drop my calories back down again in a few days and see if that gets it going again. I have to jiggle things around sometimes.
