ROFLMAO... see? I'm not the only one that's all "WTF". I'm like... seriously. You're going to stall here?!?! I'm going to geat a cake or something and see if that will work. Kidding. I'm sticking to the program. It will come off. One day. I just can NOT believe it stalled at a half pound away. Oh, the weight loss gods. They think they're funny.

I'm honored you came on to check on me. I think I love you :) Hell, I know I do. You cook (just don't tell my hubby)

Having lived in the frozen tundra, I can send you a scarf, and hat and some mittens.   I think I have a collection that I never got rid of once I moved to Cali.  But I think I am finally becoming acclimated to the weather here - I was finally cold the other day.  But I think if I find myself shopping for a winter coat - my mother may have to come down from WI and shoot me.  lol.  Cali does NOT require a winter coat!

Get a heater and warm up your bod!  Melt that 1/2 lb off you!

And come here to whine all you want.  We'll push down on the bench to give you room :)

Oohhh... sweating! I'm going to go find a sauna. Yeah... I didn't think of that. I could just put ALL My clothes and blankets on, but I'm starting to think I don't actually sweat anymore. I can run the heater full blast for 2 hours in the car and still look for my gloves. LOL!

Well, I can't help with that stinking 1/2 pound, but I do have some ideas on how to stay warm. Even though I live in Southern CA, I live in a high desert where it gets freaking cold and windy. My desk gets a cold blast every time the door opens in winter. Go to Wal-Mart, or Target and pick up some "active" long underwear. They do really help, and the "active" ones will wick away moisture if for some crazy reason you get sweaty. If you are willing to spend more, a lot more, go to lands end or Eddie Bauer's websites and order the silk ones. OMG, super lightweight, and very soft & comfy.  Just be sure you don't use fabric softener or you will lose the moisture wicking feature. I had to give away what I had before surgery, way too big now, so I am rebuilding my stash. Also, Target has premium sweater tights, those are working out great for my work clothes. Oh, and whine away, sometimes you just need to.

Oh, I LOVE those Danskin tight things in the workout section. I wear those when I work out. Duh! I should be wearing this under my regular clothes too!

How much protein are you taking in each day?  Is there anyway you would consider having one day of all lean protein and tons of water?  That usually worked miracles for me.  Or try my soup maybe.  I am sprinkling diet fairy dust on you as we speak.  Tomorrow is the day, I can feel it.

70-100 protein, less than 40 carbs, 15 cups of water, etc etc. But yeah, I know if I drop the cheese and cottage cheese for day it will likely come off, but it would come back when I went back to normal. LOL. It's absolutely my normal pattern, I'm just SO FREAKING peeved that it decided to pause at a half pound away. *laughing* I mean, SO close!

It's just been a bad day. I just spent 20 minutes arguing with a client's payroll company because they are idiots. I swear I should just do the payroll myself. It would likely be better for my blood pressure. I drank water instead of eating like I usually would have. People NOT getting paid stresses me out. LOL

Better living through chemistry, girl. Go and get yourself some Lasix! You'll drop that half pound by tomorrow! LOL! Seriously, I would have considered that at one time in my life.

Hope your day is getting better. I've been whiny today and yesterday, too. And as for the F'ing cold! UGHHHHHH!!!!! And I used to carry a rag two wipe my sweaty forehead all day long! Now my hands are so damn cold all the time I wanna put gloves on every time I need to pee!

You laugh, but I am pretty sure the last 1.5 pounds came off because I was close to calling a plastic surgeon and just having them cut and/or suck the rest of this fat off of me. I figure another 20-30 pounds and I'll be good. I mean, they can do that right? It's not unrealistic. Just gimme a steak knife and a vaccumn cleaner.

And I'll get rid of the six udder issue. LOL

Maybe I need to wear a black garbage bag and go run around the block for a few hours... Hmmm...

(Disclaimer: I'm kidding about all this stuff folks, for any newbies - I'm in a REALLY weird mood today, obviously those that know and love me recognizee this and are playing along) LOL
