I had the same experience with cottage cheese and soft scrambled egg! I scooped down 3 teaspoons of this as a combined as a meal one morning before my morning rush to catch a train to work and oops it sent me running to the bathroom! I can't drink more than a sip of water at a time so it takes me ages to finish a 16oz bottle! I literally bend and stretch my elbows the entire day ( and sometimes in between sleep at night) sipping away!  My surgeon told me my tummy ( named " Mimi) has a 2 oz capacity!  I also realize that I may miss certain foods but I don't crave them as I used do. I really have to consciously slow down as I am very inclined to rush through meals and its a horrible sensation when the food gets stuck in my chest cavity. I also found it much more difficult to throw up! So like you when it happens I have to calm down and sit it out!

These are the first days of the rest of my life. I feel like i have gone through a rebirth, with a second chance for a new life to live and a new me to treasure! I will remain on the losers bench for the rest of my  healthier life!
