You may be pleasantly surprised what increasing your Lexapro can do for you.  Hopefully it will help until things even out some. Big hugs to you.

Hang in there.  One thing I like to do is to  each night (when I am in a funk) make a list of at least 10 things that I am grateful for.  Not the obvious stuff like my husband and children, but rather the little details that I need to slow down enough to appreciate- like my daughter today referring to her favorite Chinese restaurant as "chicken on a stick"- the name she used to use when she was very young and that was her favorite food, and that I had long forgotten.  Today, one of my students left a chocolate chip cookie on my chair with a brief note of kind words and signed it the cookie fairy, and the student who did it gave me what he would consider the very best part of his lunch- really, can kids be that friggin wondeful or what?!  Of course they have no idea about the cookie demon I fight...  Anyway, just take a moment to feel the love :)  We love you back here and I hope things turn around for you in short order.

I think you've done PHENOMINAL so far and have NO doubt you'll get back on track soon!! It does seem like at times this whole journey is a gigantic pain, especially when things don't fall into place like we'd hoped! When I get overwhelmed with life in general, I thank God for my Pristiq Sometimes I find that having a "don't give a s*it phase" is therapeutic!! Hang in there!! Hugs to you!!

I hope your doctor will be helpful tomorrow. In the meantime, here's a hug - you can never have too many hugs. (((Candy)))
