I guess I just need to hear it... (Pic)
My weight loss has been steady up until last month. I am literally stuck. 17 lbs away from my goal weight. I believe that I've done all that I'm supposed to do (protein, portion control, exercise, etc.) I've heard that the last 20 or so lbs are the hardest to lose. I know that I may be "jumping the gun" on this but I am shocked (and a bit flustered) by the weight stand-still even though I'm only two months away from reaching my ONEderland.
I guess I just need to either hear that:
A.) It's normal
B.) Calm down and take a deep breath
C.) Keep doing what you're doing or
D.) All of the above.
Thank you for reading my rant.
Here's a B&A pic of the progress thus far: (Left: taken in 2010 @ 338lbs, Right: taken August 2012 @ 242 lbs)
Your doing Great !!!
And you look Great !!!
I'd say D.) All the above (for a couple weeks)
If your still stuck...... you might have to choose E.) like I had to do.......
E.) Get old school ugly and cut back on the cals and increase cardio, keeping protein and fluids up.....and carbs waaayyy low (under 40)
