The first few days were hard. I did have quite a bit of pain, but it passed in a few days. I am also struggling with low energy, but it is getting better. Just remember the newbie instructions, walk, sip, rest, repeat.

My date was 9/11 so am at a similar place to you and very close weight loss in first month.

It is such an intriguing experience I can't really put it into words. Keep walking the path and I will do the same.
