Oh, I so go off program on the weekends. Can't wait till soccer season's over and things calm down a bit here. Spent the whole day at a soccer tournament.

B: 2 oz. iced coffee, they made it wrong and I ended up throwing it out. 
S: 2 cheese and peanut butter crackers
L: 1/2 plain hotdog without the bun
S: the cheese and bacon off a Wendy's baked potato. Didn't eat any of the tater.
D: grilled drumstick, very small side salad
S: Probably a Quest Crunch Bar, maybe some skim milk before bed

Liquids: Just those 2 oz. of coffee so far. I know. Bad girl.
Vits: Will take now
Exercise: Just hauling the kids from soccer field to soccer field for the last 6 hours. Then walking to the car. The parking lot was 1/2 mile away. They had shuttles, but I CHOSE to WALK! While carrying 3 folding chairs, 2 full duffell bags and my 2 year old daughter!! BOTH WAYS (one way uphill)!!!

Let me tell you, there is an advantage to having big hips! I just hoist **** up on them like the shelves they are!!

Happy Sunday!   Chilly and windy here, but there's plenty of sunshine!

B:  Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter shake made with 1/4 cup unsweetened almond
      milk and 3/4 cup water.

S:  Sargento reduced fat Colby-Jack cheese stick

L:  3.9 ounces all white meat turkey burger

S:  Light String Cheese stick

D:  Planning on Tuna w/ a bit of dill relish and some fat-free mayo

S:  Only if I need one

Fluids:  6 cups so far

Vits:  half done

Exercise:  cleaning out a h*ll hole in the garage -- 90 minutes..........UGH  It's about 50 degrees
                   but I still worked up a bit of a sweat.  I'm counting it!!! LOL
