Hey yall its Sunday anf I still have another day off I really hate weekends because I go off program but so far all is well.

Soooo I discovered that sauteing radishes and onions you get the flavor of home potatoes without all the carbs!!

I'm off to see Frankenweenie right now, lol!!!

S: I hope to get Starbucks Iced Coffee after the movie. I'm dying for one now!!

Hope y'all are having a great day in the USA. Paris was supposed to be cloudy all day, but the sun came out and we made the most of it. I logged 9 miles of walking on my GPS/Pedometer, and we also took an hour cruise on the Seine.

I am impressed with the couple bites of croissant!! We stayed close to Notre Dame and the hotel had the best croissants Ive ever had. I used to dream of flying back there for the bread alone.

Well, I think without a sleeve and only "willpower" i would have eaten the whole croissant and probably another - with strawberry preserves, most likely. And all those carbs would have sent me into a tailspin.  Today, I budgeted the calories and the carbs, and made sure I did enough walking after to burn everything up.  No problem there with all the walking!

Today is my atonement day for yesterday. Yesterday I ate well, but had a few too many drinks.  I had two beers and two vodka cranberries, not all at the same sitting.  The beers after lunch at the Harley Davidson Oktoberfest and the the mixed drinks while out dancing later at night.

Today, I am being extra good.

B: two eggs with laughing cow cheese lite

L: 2-3 ounces grilled tuna fish and cole slaw

D:  OK, maybe not all together good - ribs (Alan is making his famous ribs for his Dad's birthday).
