Soooo I discovered that sauteing radishes and onions you get the flavor of home potatoes without all the carbs!!

Hope y'all are having a great day in the USA. Paris was supposed to be cloudy all day, but the sun came out and we made the most of it. I logged 9 miles of walking on my GPS/Pedometer, and we also took an hour cruise on the Seine.

Well, I think without a sleeve and only "willpower" i would have eaten the whole croissant and probably another - with strawberry preserves, most likely. And all those carbs would have sent me into a tailspin. Today, I budgeted the calories and the carbs, and made sure I did enough walking after to burn everything up. No problem there with all the walking!
