Elina, during the months I was researching VSG, your words and advice were so important to me. They still are. I'm 5 weeks out and just made my first pot of soup this past weekend and have been enjoying it every day. I have written my own page of "Elina's Rules" from your posts over the years. Thank you so much for continuing to share your advice with the newbies.
On track for surgery sometime in December and reading everything I can! You are an inspiration and again, I thank you for sharing your experience!
Another great post with wise words we all "know" but ALL need to be reminded of out loud!!!! I think I'm gonna print all of your post and read and re read... You are truly healing my soul!!!! Never realized how much needed healing besides my scars from my double mastectomy... Got perky boobs... Now on to get my hot ody back. But most importantly my head cleared from the crap and opened back up because of you and you words!!!!! Bless you!
