Thanks to the people (especially DH) who have gone before me, I was prepared for this to happen. I know it is normal and that my body is doing some adjusting. It is so good to know what to expect.

Hi Alison, Me freaking out, now that is a scary sight, LOL, just ask Mike. I kind of figured I had hit it since themscale hasn't moved in 5 days. But, I think my body is doing some re-adjusting as far as body mass goes. I noticed I'm getting smaller in the mirror, and it shows in my clothes.

I hope you have a fabulous time at the conference. It is also good that you survived the flight

Yep, Sept 13th surgery here too and scale has quit moving here for now too. It is nice to be able to expect it, so it isn't so discouraging. Hope it picks up again soon for all of us!!!

Hi Amy, I expect that if we use our tool and work the plan, we are going to be successful. A lot of people have said that when they hit scale slass, they lose inches. So that is something to look forward to.
