First time trying c25k...I survived!!
Oh my goodness!!! I never thought about how lugging around 250lbs is a workout in itself. I started c25k tonight. I downloaded the podcasts, put on my new nikes, and headed out in the Vegas heat. I waited for the sun to go down though. I didn't jog for 2 1\2 of the intervals. But I did keep up the fast paced walk. My goal is to do a little more each time. 
Now does anyone know how I should log it in MFP???
