Exercise: unfortunately I can't do much for a while since I broke a bone in my foot. SUCKS!

I just browned a pound of ground turkey put it in the crock pot then added half of a cube of Velveeta cheese and a container of sliced mushrooms, and then a onion bell pepper mix I had here and a container of low fat cream cheese and a teaspoon of garlic salt and a container well I buy the box kind of the low sodium chicken broth, then let it cook on low for 5 to 6 hours stirring now and then. These amounts were for my whole family so you could cut it down if you were serving less then 4 ppl. I made it last night but only my family ate it I had something else but there are left overs so I'm gonna try it tonight. The family loved it they ate theirs with crescent rolls which I will not lol.
