It's pretty yummy. I based it on a slow cooker recipe I saw on MFP, and modified it slightly. I can probably find the link and also tell you what I did to modify if you're interested

I also mixed (using a whisk) a 10oz can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup with about 30oz water and 2 italian seasoning packets right in the slow cooker, then placed 3 lbs boneless, skinless, fat trimmed in the mix. I put in on for 7 hours, and when it had about 30 mins to go I put 8oz Nufchatel in, and let it finish cooking. Then I shredded the chicken and mixed everything well. I'm trying the same thing with ranch flavor for dinner tomorrow, YUM!!

S: .5oz pepperjack slice
L: 2oz lemon pepper tilapia
S: .5oz pepperjack slice
D: 2oz shrimp w/ marinara sauce
S: if needed for protein-another premier shake

Water: just woke up, but goal is 10 cups
excercise: going to the gym tonight! 20 min treadmill, 10 min elliptical, 20 min weights
Vitamins: all good to go!

Pre-bk - mint cookie protein shake

Bk - homemade egg mcmuffin

S: chicken sausage, apple slices

L: stuffed chicken breast, egg white salad

S: deli turkey/cheese, grape tomatoes 

D: trader joes chipotle chicken skewer, mushroom cap w/ pizza sauce and cheese

S: fresh veggies

Aiming for 1300-1400 calories these days but I feel like I have to eat day. I guess I won't complain about that -
