So what's up with this peanut butter I THOUGHT I was doing so good...

B:  1/2 Cup Light Soy Milk, 2 Jiffy Snack Size PB
S:  Coffee
L:  6oz Low Carb Curry Chicken
S:  Nectar Roadside Lemonade; Special K Pink Lemonade
D:  Popeyes Spicy Leg & Thigh

Water:  Goal 12 cups (slacker today)
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  3 miles on the treadmill

Happy Tuesday & Popeye's Day Ms. Shell!!!

B: Click Mocha w/SF chocolate & vanilla syrup, 1 cup almond milk, 4oz. of water, shaken in my blender bottle
S: mini sweet peppers w/laughing cow garlic/herb wedge
L: 2.5oz. pork chop, few bites of brocolli
S: my own brewed iced coffee with sf vanilla sryup, splenda, splash of almond milk (I havent had any iced coffee for a couple days!)
D: ? (going to a late meeting; I have to get some more protein in!)
Water: 6 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: brisk walking

V: Almost done
E: Injured back last week. Went for a run this morning and felt good. Hitting the gym again tonight and will take it easy on my back.

Happy Tuesday... well at least it's not Monday!!

B: mint cookie shake
B2: roasted chicken and Alaskan king crab leg
L: creamy Italian chicken
D: beef "tacos"

water: 8 cups in, at least 8 to go
exercise: walking
vitamins: one of the reasons I love this thread is that it reminds me to take my midday calcium, but I just ate so can't take it for a while still. 2 calcium doses to go

Edited because my Dad gave me a HRM today so I walked for exercise
