Okay, so with all your help, I got rid of all the "temptations" (especially at my work desk) and I feel empowered that I can conquer my head hunger. All Ihave with me all day today is my water (3 bottles ranging from 32 oz-1.5 liter) and my protein drink for lunch. Then my plan for dinner is either a turkey tenderloin or chicken with a bowl of spinich or cabbage.

I can do this!
The thought of my surgery being postponed is one I do not want to even consider.
