Whatcha eating today VSGers...Sunday
I slept for close to 11 hours last night... really needed it! That means I'm behind on everything though. My day will look something like this...
B: mint cookie shake
L: steamed chicken with laughing cow light Swiss
D: taco-less beef tacos
S: maybe some roasted chicken or a shake
water: sooo behind... 4 cups but I'll have at least 12
vitamins: still 2 calcium doses needed
exercise: still can't put much weight on my knee, going to the doc tomorrow so none for me today.

Usually I brew my own coffee during the work week and keep an actually Starbucks run for the weekend. You can keep the calories low at Starbucks by asking them to make the iced coffee unsweetened and then ask them to use splenda and/or any sugar free syrups. Nonfat milk is the best choice but sometimes I've got to be careful. They can get generous with the milk. Hope this helps!!!
