Today I have NO clue what I'm eating...so taking it one meal at a time.  I will update as the day continues...but I am making Asian Meatballs and Chicken Salad for the week so I'm SURE I'll be eating some of that...

Current:  Coffee mmmm Nectar of the GODS
B:  Curry Egg Salad
S:  1 Cup Honey Dew melon
L:  5oz Asian Meatballs in Peanut Sauce (forgot how much I LOVE that recipe)

S:  3oz Chicken & Cransberry Salad; On top of a lettuce tomato salad

Water:  Goal 12 Cups (OMG I thought I was giong to have to drink another quart...so far 11 cups)

Exercise:  Pedometer 5,000 steps

L- 2oz's of some type of grilled chicken

S- Half of a premier protein shake

D-  Not sure yet maybe ground turkey meat and a couple bites of some veggie

Water- on track

Vits- on track

L: 2.5 oz salmon
S: 1 Nectar Syntax Lemon tea protein shake
D: 2.5 oz cod, couple cucumber slices

B2: 2 hard boiled egg whites w/1 dried tomato basil laughing cow wedge on 1/2 of a high fiber english muffin
L: Same as above
S: Blueberry Greek Yogurt w/Vanilla Almond Granola
D: Mocha/Coffee Protein shake blended w/ice-frappe' style
S: 2 string cheese & 1 serving of almonds

Calories: 1030 (little low-might add something somewhere but maybe not)

 Kids are home today - so planning more activities and meals with them 

B: Blended Mocha Mint Protein Iced Coffee
S1: 2 turkey sausage
L: Starbucks Iced Coffee SF Vanilla
S2: Making more boiled eggs I hope
D: Turkey Meatball w/ Marinara
S3: Protein of some kind - I will probably be low

Vitamins:  Just waking up - so getting started.
Exercise: Yoga in a few (after I finish my shake); bike ride later with my lil girl to Starbucks; and then MAYBE swimming with the kids in the pool.
Water:  Going to get it all in - need tha****er!!!
