IBS
When I originally posted on this string I was preop. Now I'm post op. Had the VSG. I always had IBS with stress. There is no WLS surgery that will not affect your bowels and IBS however VSG is probably the safest when it comes to that. I've been having constipation post op but I have been told that is normal for a post op. I finally found something that works for me Physllium Husk. I have to take it everyday. :-)

VSG is the least risky of all of them hands down for so many reasons. However even after VSG your bowels maybe upset for couple of mouths. I'm two months out and and just literally figured out what works for me to be more regular.

Just have pain the first couple of weeks. Sometimes I'm still a little nauseated.
