Maybe I am more excited than you are that you reached goal. You have been a huge inspiration & I thank you for everything you have taught me. Even though I have at least 12 more pounds to go since I lowered my goal. You are amazing. You deserve all the happiness that is coming to you!!!!

When I hit goal, it felt anti-climatic. The weight loss phase is filled with many achievements and increases in self-confidence, so when you hit maintenance, it can feel like, "What now?" Continuing to set goals i.e. decreased body fat, increases in strength and endurance, and any number of things, can keep the motivation going. Nothing really changes, just a few more calories and continued growth along this journey of self-discovery.
