1 year post op VSG before and after pics

Well guys I can't believe its been a year!! We have come so far! You guys look so awesome! I have hit a stall.  Ive only lost like 3 lbs in the last few months. It almost feels like my body is fighting the weight loss. I had VSG on June 29th 2011 and have lost 120 lbs. I started at 360 and currently am 240 and have 60 more lbs to go. Good luck everyone!

You look awesome!!  I started at 354 lbs..and at about one year postop I stopped losing for 2-3 mths..but still lost inches during that time..and started losing again after that.  Didn't change anything..it just started coming off again. You look beautiful..look at that waist!!

 CONGRATS! It's almost a year for me too. It's the learning to live with your Sleeve phase. I think it's the toughest part of this weight-loss journey but if you keep doing what you're doing....it will end up great! All the best! Sheryl
