 And, it was delicious!!! I found the recipe on The World According to Egg Face.  There was a post about it yesterday:). Before, I would have eaten the whole thing!  Tonight, I could only eat 1/8C.  I so wanted to eat more but my new tummy just wouldn't allow it:). I think I'm mourning food a little bit the last coupe of days.  This too shall pass...it is what it is!

The ingredients looked really good. You and I were sleeved on the same day!!!! I started purée yesterday... And today the nut calls and tells me she is going to recommend I stay another week on fluids!!! I have been getting in my fluids and protein w/ no problem and I only had. 1 1/2 ounce of purée yesterday becuz I want to take it slow... I have had no problems w/my new stomach at all..
So I'm pretty pissed....
But sorry for the rant were you able to figure out how many calories, carbs, etc te ricotta bake has

 June 27th was a good day:).  Sorry, the NUT put you back on fluids...full fluids, I hope.  I'm really just eating soft meals one time a day right now; slowly introducing new foods.  For the amount I ate, it was 26 calories, 1 carb, 2 fats, 2 carbs, 2 proteins.  I plugged in the recipe in my fitness pal and it does the nutritional value.

Yay! Glad you like it I can't wait, I get to make it and try it this coming Monday. The ricotta bake is the first thing I am excited to try during my puree stage Woo hoo, lol.

I am actually 15 months out... and I'm still making it... actually it is one of those things I actually have on the menu for next week,  (I plan all my meals for the week ahead so I don't have to think about what to cook when I come home from work... If I have to think about dinner, it becomes a crap grab...)
