You don't need an arse kicking, I bet you are kicking yourself enough for a whole army of posters. What you need is to stop saying "there is no reason", because I guarantee you, there is a reason. It has something to do with your self talk and unless you address it, it will kick your butt over and over again. This could be a great opportunity to learn about your inner food issues and "slay the dragon" so to speak. Remember, food doesn't just jump into your mouth, you have to first tell yourself it's OK to get up and get it and then eat it. Somewhere, somehow you are giving yourself permission to do this. If you figure out what is really going on, you will have won this round.
I consider it a critical skill to be able to get yourself back on plan in order to be succussful long term. Now is a fantastic time to practice that skill :)
