Finally something postive to report since having surgery...all be it small victories I'll take what good news & experiences I can get.

Sugar free rasberry skinny decaf latte (9g protien) & small turkey meatballs (18g protien in 3) - the only two foods I have really enjoyed since surgery & both are low carb, have protien & taste good! I'm not sure what happen to my tastebuds but ever since surgery everything has tasted terrible. Finally, two foods that taste good that I can have. Joy!

I have ran out of pants that fit so I had to go shopping. I'm broke since surgery so spending money on clothes was a burden. However, that burden was lifted a bit when I went down 4 sizes and could shop in the "normal" people section. Size 24/22 to size 16! Woo hoo! 

So happy to finally have something positive to report even if it is only coffee & clothes!

Hey gurl, we definitely need to find what works for us. I love turkey meatballs too and sometimes I melt a slice of light swiss cheese on top.

 this may sound silly but how does a latte have protien and where did you buy it I am not a coffee lover but that sounds good
and congrats on getting to normal size can't wait to join the losers bench

There is 9grams of protien in one cup skim milk and both Starbucks & Seattle's best coffee have 1 cup of skim milk in their small "skinny iced lattes". The rasberry is sugar free and i asked them to not put in the vanilla syrup which has sugar in it so be careful they don't put in the syrup. Otheriwse, it's sugar free, caffine free and beyond the milk no extra calories. I drank this for breakfast so it's in my calories and I got it at Seattle's best coffee.

Thats awesome!! Congrats!! I can't wait until I can buy smaller size clothes. Where did you get the coffee??

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

Seattle's best coffee...but be careful. They had to make mine over as they (i'm sure out of habit) orginally made it with regular coffee instead of decaf and added in the vanilla syrup which is packed with sugar but is automaticly added to there normal lattes. Mine was decaf, skim milk & sugar free rasberry only + one pack of sweet & low. No syrup. Yummy! 90 calories, 9 g of protien. It was my breakfast!
