So I will be 4 months out in 2 days... WOW
I feel really good! I have lost 45, now have 25-30 to goal... I'm only 5'0" so I will have to see how I feel when I get closer, but I DEFINITLY don't want to be too skinny! I have went from 205 to 160...sz xl/1x shirts and 12-14 pants now in Med. shirt and 8 pants. I just started exercising last week so I'm hoping that will speed things along in the home stretch. I could eat alittle better I'm sure...I pretty much eat whatever I want just WAY smaller portions of course! I don't eat BAD but I could do better I'm sure. Still pretty much low carb uneless it's something I really really want, then of course I eat a few bites and I'm satisfied. It's GREAT!
I just finished reading your other post. Saw your pictures and you look completely different. Younger and skinny.
Anyway, itls good to know you did it that way from the start. I am 3 months post op today. I had a fried chicken finger. And a fried jumbo shrimp the other day. I think my parents were shocked that I would eat it because of the carbs. Like I told them I was craving it and I had eaten "good" all day. I had used very few carbs and it was dinner time. I think if I want a little something eat it in moderation and don't eat that way all day. Its good to hear a success story/maintenance that does just what I am doing.
