Ok if I want to get this body fat accurately measured, what is it called to even start looking where to get it done? Body fat analysis??

You can use the online widget here:

It'll give you a general idea.  More accurate measures would be a BodPod (submerged in water) or DEXA scan.  You'd need to google to see what's in your area.

Another thing you can do at home is the Navy Tape-Measure method:

 What?? I'm Obese according to this 

Body Fat   32    %
Fat Mass   49    lbs
Lean Mass   104    lbs
Body Fat Category   Obese


 but my home scale (which I know isn't super accurate) says 28% body fat . Maybe I should take the average!
