Elina, you played 2 very important parts in my journey. First, you said the thing that made me realize I could have surgery ("it isn't OA or surgery, it's both of them") and then you made me see how I had to learn to be satisfied with following my food plan imperfectly. These were both real turning points for me, and I am eternally grateful. (((Hugs)))
