I was sleeved on April 25. My doctor said I could have finely chopped chicken salad, tuna salad, mashed potatos, scrambled eggs, puddings, and sugar free popsicles. I also took some cooked green beans and mashed them up because I was missing my veggies. But the best by far for me was refried fat free beans with melted cheese. Hope this helps a little, just remember every doctor has a different eating plan.

In the soft food stage, I was eating baked ricotta! And basically anything here http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/puree d-foods.html :)

Edited to add:

I also loved plain non-fat Greek yogurt with sugar-free/seedless preserves & a teaspoon of sugar-free Torani syrup mixed with extra whey protein (unflavored)

My doctor is very liberal. I'll be a month out on Thursday and am eating anything I want.

Try some tilapia also. When I was doing a few days of pureed and soft foods, I'd have some cream based soups also.
