Feeling it

sleeved 5-7... been feeling great considering the long & hard recovery I have had...but for the first time I'm feeling dehydrated, faint & hunger..weak and starved... I'm driking but can't get any more in and I'm eating but with such a small space I'm lost... Have done great but it seems harder every day instead of easier to get the fluids & protien in...things are changing insde me, shrinking, getting tighter...any tips?

 Your main focus needs to be protein and fluids. The more protein you can get in the better you will feel. Keep drinking your shakes. It will get easier, just follow the plan laid out by your doctor or NUT. Good luck, you can do this!!

I don't' know about you but, I had to set a schedule for myself I have to eat and drink at certain times of the day..and I stay sippin on water all day long it seems but that seems to keep me full. Its going to take some trail and error until you figure out your own way and style..Good luck! everyday is a learning process.

 Make sure you aren't actually dehydrated. Once you get beyond a certain point you will find it very hard to catch up on your own and you'll end up in the ER getting IV fluids.
