My new FAVE thing to use is Smooth Move Tea!! It's WONDERFUL! It's all natural and it REALLY works!! My dr. told me no miralax so I didn't use that. My mom bought me some tea 2 days ago and I finally feel like the way I should!! It has helped my mood too.

Anyway, I don't think it will matter when you take it, IMO, because you will be home and know how it works soon enough. I don't see any negative to taking it? But I haven't tried one, nor did I try anything right away.

Hope that helps!! Take care :)

It's at grocery stores and drug stores. We got it at Albertson's but I have no idea if you have one :) I am sure they would have it a a Henry's, Trader Joe's, or Sprouts too?!? It's made by Traditional Medicinals. Here's what it looks like...

I hear you on the MOM - it's blek! I was the same way too, didn't want to take anything really for it. But I have taken it 2 days in a row and WOW! I have gone both days and a LOT! But not in a bad way, you know? I don't think I went for 5 days prior. Sorry, I know it's a lot of TMI - lol! But I was a once a day and most of the time 2 times a day before surgery, now I am having a hard time. I know I don't drink enough water yet, but I am working on it. I think that will help - but I am telling you - this tea is worth it!!

I think we paid like $7 for it?!? So worth it!!

Good luck!
