thank you, thank you, thank you! i have made it out of obese and into overweight. if it were not for my friends and support system here, i don't know what i would have done.

my surgeon's office staff was amazed. i lost 20 pounds these past two months and i am now 8 months out! they told me, this kind of weight loss is unusual but persistence and patience has paid off...

thank you. i have increased my protein, drink as much as i can when i am not waiting for the hour to pass and taking my vitamins, B12, calcium and iron supplements. all has made a HUGE difference.
