 Hey Ms. Shell!!! Glad you are back!

B. 1.5 EAS chocolate protein, 8 oz milk, 3 coffee ice cubes
S. Four pieces of broccoli dipped in ranch, cup coffee with 4t creamer and SF vanilla syrup
L. 2 oz chicken breast, couple bites of sautéed peppers and onions
S. 0.4 oz beef jerky
D. Meatloaf muffin, salad w avocado and blue chese

Fluids. Bad girl! Only 32 oz so far
Exercise. Really really should get up and go walk
Vitamins. 2 multis and a B12, just need 2 calciums
