Nice to see (read) you back!
You did a 5K?  Was it a run or a walk?  For a cause, or???  I think that is great of you!!!

B: 1 oz cheese
     1 Premiere Protein Shake
      coffee w/whole milk

L: 3/4 c cottage cheese
       3 oz tuna

D:  will be salmon and a little salad

d:  if I feel the need 1/2 cup Fage yogurt, few frozen strawberries

B: 1/2 c. oatmeal with 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
S: nectar protein drink made with water
L: 2 oz. steak, 3 green olives, couple pieces of asparagus
S: Quest bar
D: 2 oz. steak and some veggie

W: always slow when at work (24oz so far)
V: 1/2 done
E: not yet, still recovering from knee surgery

S - baby bel & Ostrim beef stick

vit - gotta get back on a better schedule

B:  Coffee & Protein shake
S:  a few bites of turkey jerkey
L:  3 oz turkey meatloaf and about 1/2 cup green beans
S:  if needed, cottage cheese with pineapple
D:  Either Tilapia or Chicken Breast with Pinto Beans
Water:  Goal 64 oz , so far only about 20 oz
Vitamins: yes ma'am
Exercise:  30 minutes on the treadmill

Sleeve life has been a bit of a learning experience.  No complications, but I still have my hunger to contend with.  Grrrr.  I was hoping that I wouldn't be hungry.  LOL  I am still trying to figure out if it is acid....I am on a PPI, but might need to up my dose.  I am thankful for all of the supportive people around here, including you!!  Thanks!

Try chewing Tums as well (it can't hurt).  And I've also heard that a good probiotic helps some folks with acid issues!

 I am taking a probiotic, so I am hoping the extra pip resolves it.  If not, then I am experiencing plain hunger.  *sigh*
