Remember me???  Well I took a break because well I get to a point when I want to cuss and don't see that as being productive, so instead I step away.  NOW on my FB page...I cuss like a sailor, but I digress!!

B:  Coffee & Quest Chocolate Brownie bar
S:  Boiled Egg
L:  1/2 cup of Homemade Chicken Spaghetti sauce on top of zucchini "noodles"
S:  Nectar Roadside Lemonade w/Special K Fiber/Protein Pink Lemonade
D:  Salmon & Salad

Water:  Goal 16 cups (seem to be thirsty after my 5K yesterday already have 8 cups)
Vitamins:  On yeah
Exercise:  45 min on treadmill

B: Poached egg with cheese

L: 1 oz pureed turkey chilli with cheese

D:  2 oz Healthy choice chicken noodle soup

S: 2 tsp of peanut butter

 

Vitamins: 2 flinstones complete chewables

Exercise:  30 min treadmill walking

Drinks : I'm still drining the Apples&Eve Fruitables fruit and veggie juice. (tried weaning myself off but no success because all the other drinks bring on acid reflux )

Oh, go ahead.  Cuss away!

B:  latte; 1 scrambled egg; 2 slices bacon cooked to nuclear blackness (note to self - broiling for 15 minutes is a touch too long)
L:  chicken thigh w/ guacamole and salsa
S:  nonfat latte
D:  Greek yogurt
S:  roasted edamame

water - haven't even really started yet
vites - yup
exercise - night off

B: 1 hard cooked, 1 slice bacon (also nuclear blackness) lol and 1 Tbs low fat cream cheese
L: 2 oz chicken with a few squirts hot sauce
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices frozen peaches all whirred up in a blender
D: 1/4 c. red beans with 1 ounce sausage
S: sugar free ice pop



Water: halfway done
Vitamins: yep...morning and night

S: Greek Yogurt Blueberry 120c/12P
D: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese 80/13P & 2Tbs Hummus 70c/2P
S: Greek Yogurt frozen pop made with sugar free syrup 60c/8P

Water= 32oz
Vitamins: all but calcium
Exercise: Exercise Ball at work (all day) & Elliptical tonigh****ching TV

B: Creamy Scrambled Egg Whites (with hummus)
S: 3 oz of Vanilla protein Shake
L: Refried beans with Guacamole and a little greek yogurt
S: Mixed berry and Banana Baby food
D: Pureed Garlic chicken and mashed sweet potato

B: Hard boiled egg with 1 tbsn of spicy hummus
S: 1/2 serving Wasabi & Soy Sauce flavored almonds
L: 2.5 oz. chicken with tomato slices
S: ? (I hope nothing!)
D: Chocolate protein shake with 2 tbsn PB2 (I freaking love this shake! Never thought I would love a protein shake. Goes to show you need to find one you love)


Water: 5 cups so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 40 minutes of brisk walking
