Remember me??? Well I took a break because well I get to a point when I want to cuss and don't see that as being productive, so instead I step away. NOW on my FB page...I cuss like a sailor, but I digress!!

L: 1/2 cup of Homemade Chicken Spaghetti sauce on top of zucchini "noodles"
S: Nectar Roadside Lemonade w/Special K Fiber/Protein Pink Lemonade
D: Salmon & Salad
Water: Goal 16 cups (seem to be thirsty after my 5K yesterday already have 8 cups)
Vitamins: On yeah
Exercise: 45 min on treadmill

Drinks : I'm still drining the Apples&Eve Fruitables fruit and veggie juice. (tried weaning myself off but no success because all the other drinks bring on acid reflux )

S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices frozen peaches all whirred up in a blender
D: 1/4 c. red beans with 1 ounce sausage
S: sugar free ice pop
Water: halfway done
Vitamins: yep...morning and night
L: 2 oz chicken with a few squirts hot sauce
S: 1 c ff milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 slices frozen peaches all whirred up in a blender
D: 1/4 c. red beans with 1 ounce sausage
S: sugar free ice pop
