Stall

Ok for almost 3 week the scale stayed at 215  I thought the scale was broke then today then today i decided to get and and it say 205 so i guess the stall is over i hope so.

Miss Peeches,You know that stalls are going to happen,But when they do boy are they annoying...lol.I was on stall for about 3 weeks too and when i finally broke i was down about 5 pounds.Just keep following the plan and you will do great,I'm cheering you on.WE got this in the bag,You are doing great.

 Congratulations!! That was definitely a stall, but it's broken! Just stay on plan even during a stall and the weight will come off. You're doing great-in just 6 little pounds you'll be in onederland! Best wishes!!

I am so happy for you!! I am in the same stall but haven't gotten out of it. I feel like they did something wrong - lol! It plays tricks with your head! But I am glad to hear that yours is over! That encourages me a lot!

happy for you .. I think I am heading into my 3 rd week for a stall.. I refuse to get on the scale .. Just frurstrated .. but people keep telling me I am lossing... my clothes also say the same
