Clothes during weight loss?

I'm starting an online store to sell my expensive plus items so that I can buy some smaller clothes. I'm also going to thrift store.
This has not been easy for me this year. Somehow I quit the credit card habit right about the same time as I needed a new wardrobe 4 times over... it's for the best, I guess. :) I have survived by getting over my qualms about thrift stores. I am now quite savvy. But, be prepared for how much longer it takes to find stuff there, especially Goodwill because they don't sort by size. If you have Savers or Unique in your area, they at least sort by size and it's much easier to find what you'relooking for. Also, look for big garage sales- like the huge ones churches hold, or neighborhood sales. Check craigslist, search around for or organize your own swap. I thought the shopping would be the fun part of this journey, ad by now I'm just really annoyed when the wardrobe I had almost completed no longer fits- in fact, a few of my favorite pairs of pants I've been having to keep pulling up again... who would have thought!!!
I found ridiculously low prices at Jcpenny. $8 slacks for work and jeans, $3 sweaters, etc. No joke, same price or cheaper than a resale store. It must have been the clearance of the winter items, but whatever I will take it :0) I wear tall sizes so this was a total boon for me. Check them out online and perhaps you will have some luck too. Usually if you buy over $50 shipping is free. Best part, is if the clothes get too big I can give them to my sister.
